Every company on this page is a sample listing shown to preview our home warranty directory. None of these companies has partnered with or paid Open House Ultimate Solutions, and no listing is an endorsement. Once advertising partnerships are in place, paid placements will be labeled as sponsored. In California, home warranty companies must be licensed by the Department of Insurance as home protection companies. Every company here appears on the Department's list of licensed home protection companies (December 2025). One other licensee, Omnidian, protects solar systems for solar financing companies and isn't listed. Plan details come from each company's website, gathered in November 2026. Coverage limits, exclusions and service fees vary, so read the contract before you buy.
